Meet the Coop
It Takes a Coop.
Red Comb may have started with one guy making sauce, but nothing worth building happens entirely alone. Meet the people, personalities and occasional poultry helping keep the fire burning.
The Founder
Adam
Founder · Pitmaster · Sauce Maker
What started as homemade BBQ sauce made for family, friends and coworkers eventually became something worth taking seriously. Adam is the guy behind the recipes, the grill and the idea that became Red Comb BBQ Co.
Years of Christmas batches, cookouts, experiments and honest feedback shaped the products long before there was ever a company name attached to them. Red Comb grew from that tradition — one batch, one adjustment and one meal at a time.
"A sauce should accentuate the food, not be the flavor."
— Adam
That philosophy still drives the whole operation. Make great food. Build flavor around it. Don't bury it.
Executive Leadership
Coop
COR · Chief Operating Rooster
Idea Stoker. Fire Keeper. Flavor Enabler.
Every growing company eventually needs executive leadership. Red Comb got a rooster.
Coop has been around since Day One — technically before there was a Day One. As Chief Operating Rooster, he oversees Roostery Operations, fire management, quality control and the occasional questionable executive decision.
Always listening. Always watching. Always cooking up something.

Not Just a Rooster. A Way of Doing Things.
The Herd
Red Comb has always been bigger than whoever happens to be standing at the grill. It's family, friends, coworkers, taste testers, supporters and everybody who's pulled up a chair, tried a batch and offered an opinion along the way.
Some helped shape a recipe. Some encouraged the idea. Some simply asked when the next bottle was coming. All of them are part of the story.
Good food has a way of bringing people together. We plan to keep it that way.
